As further evidence of its commitment to sustainability and its deep integration with the company's operations and business, Feralpi Group is presenting its annual reporting for the first time through an integrated approach, within the scope of Feralpi Siderurgica’s Consolidated, aimed at combining financial performance reporting with the communication of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) information.

The document was created with the objective of offering stakeholders a comprehensive view, in a single report, of the value generated by Feralpi and the strategies the Group intends to pursue to continue generating such value sustainably in the short, medium, and long term.

This decision stems from the Group's Governance's desire to anticipate future regulatory obligations introduced by the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - CSRD (Directive 2022/2464) and the new reporting standards (ESRS – European Sustainability Reporting Standards developed by EFRAG - European Financial Reporting Advisory Group).
